ORDER QUESTIONS
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can find your tracking number in that email or through your order history.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All packages ship via UPS. The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 1-8 days (depending on your class of mail), and 10-15 business days internationally.
CAN CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
As of now we do not offer returns or exchanges of items. However, if an item is damaged please contact us at Carivbeauty@gmail.com.
